Bourns SMF4C & SMF4C-Q TVS Diodes
Bourns SMF4C Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes protect against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching in consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication applications. The SMF4C-Q is AEC-Q101 compliant and can be used to protect automotive electronics. Bourns SMF4C TVS Diodes offer 400W peak pulse power dissipation capability in a compact, low-profile (0.9mm height) DFN3419 package. The package footprint is compliant with most SOD-123 and SOD-123F footprints. The series offers unidirectional and bidirectional options with a range of breakdown voltages.
